Because every QR2Connect product is custom printed with your unique QR code, all sales are final once your order enters production.

Defects and errors

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@QRCode2Connect.com with your order number and photos. We will reprint or refund at our discretion.

Non-returnable

Custom-printed items cannot be resold, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong QR uploaded, or sizing issues. Please double-check your QR code upload before ordering.
